10月19日，泰国国家旅游局携手中国8家企业，在北京签署泰国旅游“战略合作意向书”，旨在推动中泰两国旅游文化交流发展，推动泰国旅游业产业升级和创新发展。
泰国总理赛塔·他威信亲临现场并致辞讲话。赛塔·他威信表示，泰国政府高度重视并积极推动中泰两国各领域合作，无论是在经贸、投资、教育领域，还是文化艺术和旅游领域，相信通过多方位的合作将进一步促进两国民心相通，让“中泰一家亲”亲上加亲。
值得瞩目的是，在中泰文化影视交流领域，阿里巴巴影业集团与T&B环球媒体集团达成战略合作协议签署，将在未来共同携手推动两国文化娱乐的交流与发展。

在签约仪式中，阿里大文娱集团首席技术官郑勇，T&B环球媒体集团首席执行官陈汉永博士代表集团双方上台交换了战略合作协议，正式开启了两国影视文化交流合作共创的新征程。

Alibaba Pictures Group and T&B Media Global Group
On October 19th, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) joined hands with eight Chinese companies to sign the “Strategic Cooperation Letter of Intent” in Beijing, with the aim of promoting tourism and cultural exchanges between China and Thailand, and fostering the development of Thailand’s tourism industry through innovation and industrial upgrading.
Thailand’s Prime Minister Mr. Srettha Thavisin Heavisited the scene and delivered a speech. Mr. Srettha Thavisin expressed that the Thai government attaches great importance to and actively promotes cooperation in various fields between China and Thailand, whether in trade, investment, education, or in the fields of culture, arts, and tourism. He believes that this cooperation will further promote mutual understanding between the two countries and deepen the relationship between China and Thailand.
It is worth noting that in the field of cultural and film exchanges between China and Thailand, Alibaba Pictures Group and T&B Media Global Group have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote cultural and entertainment exchanges between the two countries in the future.

The strategic cooperation mainly involves three areas. Firstly, cooperation in AI and virtual human. Alibaba Pictures Group and T&B will jointly build virtual human for film and television as well as a series of products based on AIGC. Their goal is to be at the forefront of the trend of AI and virtual human in content creation.
Secondly, in film and television distribution, the two parties will work closely together to enhance local capabilities such as program distribution and short video promotion of Chinese films and dramas in Thailand. This will bring more diversified and high-quality film and television works to the audiences of both countries.
Thirdly, cooperation in IP product commercialization. The two groups will leverage their respective advantages in resources and channels to expand into broader markets.
During the strategic partnership announcement, Zheng Yong, Chief Technology Officer of Alibaba’s Media and Entertainment Group, and Dr. Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp, CEO and Founder of T&B Media Global Group, represented their respective groups to exchange the strategic cooperation agreement, officially launching a new journey of film and cultural exchange cooperation between China and Thailand.
